Driving Distance: Only 1 1/2 hours East of Fargo, ND and 3 hours northwest of the Twin Cities. Near Detroit Lakes and Alexandria.

From Minneapolis/St. Paul:

From I-94: Take I-94 to the Ashby/Barrett exit #77 for MN Hwy. #78. Follow Highway #78 through Battle Lake for 40 miles to Hwy. #108 (Main Street). Take a right and make your first left onto Thumper Pond Drive and a right onto Thumper Lodge Road.

From Hwy 10: Take Hwy. 10 through St. Cloud. Turn off into Wadena. Go Southwest on Hwy. 29 and take a right onto Hwy. 52. Continue on Hwy 52 until it turns into Hwy. 108. Go through Ottertail City, and take a right on Thumper Pond Drive and a right onto Thumper Lodge Road

Continue on Hwy. 10 until Perham Exit (Highway 78), and follow Highway 78 South to Highway 108, take a left on Hwy. 108 (Main Street). Make a left onto Thumper Pond Drive and a right onto Thumper Lodge Road.

From Fergus Falls: Take Highway 210 East out of Fergus Falls for 17 miles. Make a left hand turn into Battle Lake (Highway #78) continue for 16 miles to Hwy. 108 (Main Street). Turn right and make your first left onto Thumper Pond Drive and a right onto Thumper Lodge Road.

From Fargo/Moorhead: Take Highway 10 to Perham Exit (Highway 78), and follow Highway 78 South to Highway 108 (Main Street). Take a left on Hwy 108. Make a left onto Thumper Pond Drive and a right onto Thumper Lodge Road.

Wadena: Go Southwest on Hwy. 29 and take a right onto Hwy. 52. Continue on Hwy 52 until it turns into Hwy. 108. Go through Ottertail City, and take a right on Thumper Pond Drive and a right onto Thumper Lodge Road.
